Looking at the repo
https://salsa.debian.orgNorwegian (Bokmål/manpages-l10n-team/manpages-l10n/-/tree/master/po
there is a folder for Norwegian Bokmål (nb), but none for Norwegian Nynorsk (nn),
so it looks you are right.
