We have missed the boat for the stretch release-notes, but I think this
would also be good to mention in the buster release notes, right. I am
not familiar with this change, could you propose a text for the release
notes? If not, do you have ideas on who to ask?

PS: ideally the proposed text comes as a merge request against the
release notes (https://salsa.debian.org/ddp-team/release-notes/) but
just plain text here is also fine.
