Bug#883722: release-notes: document transitions from revelation to other password managers

Package: release-notes
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

May I suggest to document the fact that revelation is (likely) going to
vanish from Debian, leaving users with a potential problem retrieving
"locked" password databases.

I think keepass2 offers a replacement solution, in that it can import a
passwords XML file previously exported from revelation.

I tried to get advice from revelation's maintainer, with no luck so far
(see #790601).

I think it would be safer to warn users in advance, provided they have a
look at the release notes before upgrading to buster.

Hope this helps,

Best regards.
