One little remark : the links in the table of content are inactives 
because spaces are not translated to underscores :
<a class="toclink" href="#EXIT%20STATUS" title="EXIT STATUS">EXIT 
STATUS</a>

And then :
<h1 id="EXIT_STATUS">EXIT STATUS<a class="anchor" href="#EXIT_STATUS">
