I have followed all the instructions from Debian skype install but it was not working at all.
My previous error was:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
skype:i386 : Depends: libssl1.0.0:i386 which is a virtual package and is not provided by any available package.
I have found a solution, using:
dpkg -i --force-all skype-debian_4.3.0.37-1_i386.deb
