Ok. Although I inserted the lines just as a comment in the patch (to explain
changings). I don't wanted to keep that comments in the sgml file.

Since that is likely a lot of more work (and that changings are of that
sort, which I can unfuzzy in the translations easily), I will split that
apt-get -> apt changings into a separate patch.
