Sounds sensible to me.
So I have prepared a diff (attached) which addresses:
- change the versioning scheme
- update content (command strings for apt, sysvinit/systemd, console config)
- drop content (Apache, Samba, make-kpkg, m-a)


As a second step, I could unfuzzy most translations, since the command
strings ("apt-get install", "/etc/init.d/service start" etc.) are not translated
in all translated languages, so no work from translators would be strictly 
required. That would mean, that translation statistic would be not so bad after 
this...


Please comment! Especially on the changing of the versioning, since
I am not a developer.
