Bug#772963: release-notes: cellphone friendly CSS



I forgot to tak about the patch!

Just add in debian.css:
@media (max-width: 5in), (max-device-width: 5in){
    dl, dt, dd {
        margin-left: 0.25em;
    }

    ul {
        padding-left: 1.5em;
    }
}
