Bug#683838: release-notes: transition: pdksh → mksh

Julien Cristau dixit:

mksh contains an lksh binary which is a drop-in for scripts.
The only thing it’s lacking is interactive command line editing
functionality (similar to what readline provides for GNU bash),
hence the suggestion for users to change their login shells to mksh.

They will continue to be able to log in if they don’t, but the
user experience will be not so good (no cursor keys working,
and all that).
