The upload was 2.4.23-7.3, targetted for stable. It's been accepted, but
won't be visible until the next point release.

Copyshops should do vouchers. So that next time some bureaucracy requires you
to mail a form in triplicate, you can mail it just once, add a voucher, and
save on postage.
