+This directory contains the Debian version of the Ubuntu's manpage repository
+scripts.
+
+Unlike the man.cgi script, and its accompanying extractor files, this code
+generates a static version of the manpages, with pre-generated HTML code
+that can be a suitable replacement for servers where we do not want (or it is
+too slow) to run the CGI script.
