Hi,

gdm was installed as default display manager at least for Xfce task.
Other people might have it and not want gdm3 as replacement (since it
requires quite some more gnome stuff like gnome-session. 

Xfce task switchted to lightdm but it won't be automatically pulled, so
it might be interesting to mention it in the release notes. Attached
patch is a proposed phrasing.
