Package: release-notes Severity: important Hello, It'd be good to mention in the release notes that the Debian installer now has support for software speech, something like this in the “What's new in the installation system?” part (debian-accessibility, feel free to propose changes): Software speech support Debian can now be installed using software speech, for instance by visually impaired people who do not use a braille device. This is triggered simply by typing 's' and Enter at the installer boot beep. More than a dozen languages are supported. Samuel -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.0.4 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash -- Samuel Thibault <samuel.thibault@fnac.net> <i8b4uUnderground> d-_-b <BonyNoMore> how u make that inverted b? <BonyNoMore> wait <BonyNoMore> never mind
