This translation is very outdated.

revised some part of document but not really updating this particular page. :-(
This is because pt translation does not use modern po4a translation
system and lags severely behind current English.

Maybe we should disable very outdated non-po4a based translations now.
I CCEd original translator. It is interesting he has .br but translated
to .pt (not pt-br). I also CCed few who dealt .pt translation.
Maybe, you can discuss between you for the best solution in Portuguese.
Let us know your conclusion.
