while translating the release-notes, I found some typos/problems.

1.

	Official name is Linux Standard Base
                                      ^^

en/whats-new.dbk:configuration file which overrides the keyboard definend in Xorg's

	-> defined

en/whats-new.dbk:The <systemitem role=\"package\">console-setup</systemitem> now package
handles the keyboard for both environments
