Bug#608108: [PATCH] Fix typo in cross-reference to release-notes source

Since 2010-10-14, section 1.1 of the release notes says

	You will find more information describing how to obtain the
	sources of this document in in Section 4.1.1, “Back up any data
	or configuration information”.

Point to Section 1.3, “Sources for this document” instead.
