Should we use publican?
Hello,
I'm starting to use publican for some of my own docbook files and
it tends to generate some pretty good looking files. Also it should be
relatively easy to create a Debian brand.

It has good support of translations using PO files for the docbook and
the upstream developers are quite responsive in my short experience.
