Package: release-notes

You can use the Debian Installer very good with a brailledisplay. For
this reason the bootparameter brltty should be documented in the release
notes.

That is interesting if the brailledisplay isn't detected automatically
or if another brailletable shall be used.

If you have choosen an item in the bootmenue then you have to press the
Tab key. Now you find yourself in the line with the standard used
kernelparameters. Further bootparameters can be typed in imediately.

For brltty there is the following syntax:
brltty=driver,device,table

All operands are optional. You can find the detaills to the meaning of
the operands under <http://mielke.cc/brltty/guidelines.html#install>.

For my brailledisplay I always type in the following:
brltty=ht,ttyS0,de

Thank you very much in advance for the further documentation.

Closing Lenny release-notes pending bugs, since the relevant patches have been
commited to SVN trunk and are published on line at
http://debian.org/releases/lenny/releasenotes

Sorry for the mass mail.
