About closing "pending" release-notes bugs

Hi,

There are many bugs opened against release-notes and tagged pending :
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?include=tags%3Apending;dist=unstable;package=release-notes

It seems Wolfgang marked them pending, while it was commited for real in
the SVN.

Can we :
- asssume all pending bugs have been commited to SVN ?
- in the future, cross-reference SVN commit message and BTS bug number ?
- in the future, just mark as closed as soon the SVN commit is done ? (I
  guess pending tag is more relevant for packages)
