Severity: minor

The README-contrib documentation file tells one to look for the subversion
source of the developer's reference on svn.debian.org, but it does not mention
which project module it's contained in, which in turn can easily lead to
searching around on svn.debian.org for the "developers-reference" project,
which doesn't exist.

The attached patch (against current trunk) changes this to explicitly state
the trunk repository of the source, so that those wanting to quickly locate it
in order to submit patches can do so. It also adds a link to the DDP SVN
access document at http://www.debian.org/doc/cvs, and fixes a minor grammatical
error.
