Bug#549710: Minimal kernel version raised to 2.6.27 (update bug #549710)

retitle 549710 release-notes: [SQUEEZE] udev drops support for kernels < 2.6.22 (or <2.6.27)

The requirement might be raised to 2.6.27
(which is higher that the one in Lenny).
