I'm not aware of an existing standard solution. You could try
"<emphasis>Spanglish</emphasis> (Inglañol)" or more explicit
"<phrase role='original-term'>Spanglish</phrase> (Inglañol)".
The letter would need three lines in the XSLes, however, to
have any visible effect.
