The installation guide now has proper documentation about braille &
speech, so the paragraph about them can be dropped from the release
notes, see attached patch.

Thanks. I removed this section.

By the way Samuel, is there anything new in Lenny or anything special to
be taken care of during upgrades and should mentioned for accessibility in
the release notes?
