Bug#515616: release-notes: Add "Errata" fonts upgrade from etch to lenny problem

Dear fontconfig maintainers,

In http://bugs.debian.org/515616 the reporter recommends to add the
following to the "Potential problems" section of the Lenny's release
notes:

The version of fontconfig released with Lenny might cause some problems
upgrading a font package or reconfiguring the fontconfig package, this
is triggered particularly when using "apt-get upgrade".

The problem can be resolved by upgrading the other parts of fontconfig
(libfontconfig1 and fontconfig-config) to the latest versions.

Is it a known issue?
(Looking at the BTS, 456963 and 496148 seems to confirm this)
Do you agree on the solution?
(Or should we even recommend to update fontconfig, libfontconfig1, and
fontconfig-config before the upgrade?)
Do you think a new version should be proposed for stable to fix the
dependencies?
