Well, I must admit I'm not convinced there are actually spelling fixes
(apt vs APT).
(maybe there are, maybe not ?)

By the way, I've just discovered &debian; is :
<!-- proper (long) name to use for Debian -->
<!ENTITY debian "Debian <acronym>GNU</acronym>/Linux">
Here I'm not convinced using the long name here is better.

(I feel we are wasting bytes for nothing ..)
