Package: release-notes

According to the changelogs of the openldap source package, support for
slurpd/replica has been dropped as of version 2.4.7-1. Please document this in
the release notes, along with a short transition how-to.

commited to SVN trunk and are published on line at
http://debian.org/releases/lenny/releasenotes
