This has been commited to the SVN in revision 6577, here is the current status
after updating the po files:

about.po          19 translated messages, 1 fuzzy translation.
installing.po     52 translated messages, 6 fuzzy translations.
issues.po         46 translated messages, 2 fuzzy translations, 57 untranslated messages.
moreinfo.po       21 translated messages.
old-stuff.po      15 translated messages.
release-notes.po  86 translated messages, 23 fuzzy translations, 24 untranslated messages.
upgrading.po      167 translated messages, 24 fuzzy translations, 176 untranslated messages.
whats-new.po      96 translated messages, 1 fuzzy translation, 58 untranslated messages.

You may download the po again from the SVN, or perform the "make LINGUA=nb
updatepo" on your computer.

By the way, in order to get commit rights, you can join the
documentation group on Alioth : http://alioth.debian.org/projects/ddp/
