Where is the Etch source of the Release Notes?

Hi,

I know that many discussions happened during the last weeks related to the
Release Notes but I cannot remember the state of older versions.

A few errors where reported in the German translation of the Etch Release Notes
and I fail to find the source :-(
It's not available in svn.debian.org/svn/ddp/manuals/branches/release-notes/ which
is empty.

According to http://www-master.debian.org/build-logs/webwml/release-notes.log
there still happens a build of the Etch version but where is the source of
http://www.debian.org/releases/stable/i386/release-notes/index? In CVS?
