I allow that my contribution to the Debian GNU/Linux release notes can be distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License, version 2. Note that quite a few of the changes I've committed were actually contributed by others through bug reports etc. To determine the actual authors of those bits one would have to check the mailing list archives and BTS.
