SVN finally fully enabled as source for website manuals



Hi.

After some prodding on IRC I've realized that I had abandoned the switch
from the DDP CVS to DDP SVN in the middle and some crucial steps were
missing. I'm sorry for this delay.

The infrastructure should now be fixed to use the SVN only.

Some issues which might need fixes by the respective maintainers
(sorry for the German locale, but I guess the error message should be clear enough):
