There's going to be some conflict on this patch as we should also rename
XS-Vcs-* to Vcs-* in the whole document.

Otherwise I agree that we should recommend the usage of Homepage. And
apart from the remark above, your patch looks mostly ok.

BTW, I created http://wiki.debian.org/DeveloperNews with the intent
to collect small updates like this one and send them by batch to d-d-a.

Andreas ? Can I commit this update ? (BTW, you haven't responded to
