Is is updated against 1.311, the attached file is gzipped, I'm not sending a diff because there are several structure changes to get more in line with english file. I'm afraid that nobody in the pt_BR team has commit rights and I'm coordinating most of the l10n activities in pt_BR team, so it would be great.
