Hello Guido,

Your question should be asked on debian-user (or debian-user-german if
you prefer German), the debian-doc list deals with documentation issues
in Debian.

About your question, you should probably do an "apt-get update"
("aptitude update" or similar) to update the list of available packages
on your system before trying to install the latest version.
