Sorry, this was not the intent of cloning this bug against the release
notes.  The missing dependency on coreutils has already been fixed in the
kernel, as of version 2.6.18.dfsg.1-12 which should be included in testing
within the next day or so; the reassignment was first of all meant to ensure
that the question of kernel vs. userspace was considered in the release
notes (which it now has been), and to make sure this issue got documented
*if* the kernel was not updated before release.

So please revert the comments about 'coreutils' under 4.6.1.
