[PATCH] Fix typos in the Etch release notes

Hi,

I've created a patch to fix typos in the Etch release notes, including
a fix for a wrong description ("the project's" may be "the Debian
Installer's", "the Debian Installer project's", or something).

Could you please review and apply it?

Thanks,

-nori
