Yes Andreas Barth is correct.

But I realize seeing auto-generated Debian BTS web link, 
it is a broken link.  This is because it points to

  http://bugs.debian.org/381262";

See trailing quote there.  (I see it in w3m so this is not browser problem.)

This is BTS web page link auto-generation code problem. 

Hmmm, owner@bugs.debian.org what do you think.

I think URL finding logic should treat " as the URL end string 
(I am guessing space and comma are so now)
