In the section "4.6 Things to do before rebooting" of the etch release
notes, it is recommended to read 
/usr/share/doc/xfree86-common/README.Debian-upgrade.gz.
There is no such file in etch, and xfree86-common package does not exist in
etch.

Thanks for reporting. I've removed the paragraph as we already have a 
separate section on upgrading to X.Org and there seems to be no real 
replacement for the README file itself.
