Bug#401011: release-notes: non-existent package xfree86-common is referenced from the etch release notes

In the section "4.6 Things to do before rebooting" of the etch release
notes, it is recommended to read 
/usr/share/doc/xfree86-common/README.Debian-upgrade.gz.
There is no such file in etch, and xfree86-common package does not exist in
etch.
