Nothing planned. Not sure I will have time to do something like that.
Help documenting stuff would be appreciated. Especially patches with texts 
for bugs present in the BTS against release-notes.

Not sure if l-c not being used really needs to be documented as it always 
was intended as something that happened in the background.
Main reason l-c is not being run is that so far it was not updated 
sufficiently for Etch. It's not as needed for Etch though as it was for 
Sarge as a lot of packages now take better care to set themselves up 
correctly based on the locale.
