distribute-deb FTBFS, ignore or fix?

While testing the various build systems for the website for preparing
moving to the new klecker replacement host I noticed that distribute-deb
doesn't build anymore:

pdfxmltex --interaction=batchmode distribute-deb.fo
This is pdfeTeX, Version 3.14159-1.10b-2.1 (Web2C 7.4.5)
entering extended mode
make[1]: *** [distribute-deb.pdf] Error 1

Either someone should investigate that or we should remove the links
to it on the web pages.
