If you are talking about style-*.xsl files, I wrote some of them a
while back as a quick solution to have a way to build d-i manual after
the conversion to docbook-xml.

Somebody then obviously expanded the idea a bit further :-)

These styles are just a small customization of standard styles comming
from docbook-xls package, e.g.
/usr/share/sgml/docbook/stylesheet/xsl/nwalsh/html/chunk.xsl

So if you are satisfied with the default, use that.

Because I'm not really sure xmlto was available in Woody at that time
and moreover I knew exactly what was going in the buildone script :-)
