Bug#327682: developers-reference: 4.6.5 fails to mention "Debian 3.1 sarge" in list of codenames

Section 4.6.5 mentions a historic list of Debian releases
and codename.

Debian 3.1 - sarge has not been added.

A patch to correct this is attached.
