Do you have no access to a Debian box? I noticed that build failed again. Not only that you introduced new random build errors (this may indeed happen), no, you also introduced old errors I fixed a long time ago again. Please read the thread related to http://lists.debian.org/debian-doc/2005/05/msg00417.html. OK. I assume you are not familiar with CVS (a version control system) and missed the patches made there (and announced in mails). I suggest you read http://www.debian.org/doc/cvs. This page contains also a link to a web based CVS viewer. Using CVS you will never miss patches since this merges your version with patches from CVS. If both are not compatible you will get a conflict which you can easily fix with your favourite text editor. I attached again the patch necessary to build release-notes. I compressed this so that you should receive it unchanged. It contains also a missing sentence which I introduced in English. All remarks from my mail mentioned above are still valid! This includes the missing translation check header in your file. Your tasks: * Read this mail and previous onces * Check my build fixes * Check that all changes from CVS are contained in current version * Translate the remaining English sentence and check the paragraph I commented out Please send further translation updates as patch against the current CVS version. If the patch fails I will not commit it. Again thanks for your translation. Jens
