I have translated New Maintainer's Guide into Chinese some years ago and now I need to update the Chinese version. I think it will be some easy for me to send the to CVS server directly. Also I'm familiar with those one who have translated some other documents such as Securing Debian Manual and APT HOWTO into Chinese.
