Finaly I was upset so I deeply changed the Makefile. It's commited into
the CVS. It can be used for any other xml document as long as it is a
single file.
A proofread would be nice.

I tested your change about the superflux --4pc and family but
it's ugly into the pdf. I am looking something like that :

While I am on it I discovered that
http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/repository-howto/ has not been updated
for more that two years now. What's up ??
