I'm not sure about this. If you prefer printed documentation
you can use plain text, PDF and PS (except for Japanese).

Please note that
http://www.nl.debian.org/doc/user-manuals.en.html#dselect
lists already HTML, plain text, PDF and PS as formats.
We could also add info and man formats but you're not interested in
these, right?
