I don't understand. This page doesn't at all talk about the
transition plan to restore gluck, work out some things (x and y), and
then move part/all of it to alioth. According to what is implied on
that page, all CVS it at alioth, and that's wrong.

Is there a consensus gap or am I just not understanding what you're
