I fixed UTF-8 thing for debian/control but not really clean yet.
I will fix W: maint-guide-ru: extended-description-line-too-long
Reason behind CVS is clear.
Version may be OK if Josip does final touchup and upload. Should I care
if I upload?
CVS is easy one.
Standard version? Yep, I or someone need to update in CVS.
debian-changelog-file-missing: Need investigation.
