I just found this old mail unprocessed in my inbox. As there seems to
haven't been a answer I checked it.
Two issues I found rather quickly with this document:
1.) It seems clearly non-free, as it is licenced under the GFDL 1.1
with invariant sections
2.) It is dated from 2000, so it should be checked first on its
technical relevance (something I'm probably not qualified for)
