Do you mean this one?

It is empty, but not necessarily abandoned. You can contact the authors
and ask them if you can help in any way ... =)

The document in the Debian CVS tree hasn't been touched in over four
years, but maybe the author or maintainer has done some work locally on
their own copies that they can share with you?
